E-Commerce Alliance Manager

The role.

The purpose of this role is to define the strategy for external e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, and execute upon it, in order to protect brand identity and distribution. 

Furthermore, you will define the online franchise opportunity, launch a pilot and finally define how to scale the new concept.

Main tasks.

  • Build a plan for entering into Amazon Marketplace and over time potentially other international platforms and market places
  • Work on product presentation, pricing and optimization to drive conversion and sales in parallel with existing retailers
  • Be the point of contact for external e-com platforms and e-com solutions
  • Build franchise concept in collaboration with business development and other internal stakeholders
  • Identify potential franchise takers and lead implementation of new concepts.

The successful candidate.

We believe you have a strategic way of thinking and a sales-oriented mindset. To succeed in this role, you must possess the following as a minimum:

  • +3 years of working experience within digital marketing and/or online sales
  • Previous experience from working with Amazon is a plus
  • Relevant academic education
  • Deep understanding of the e-com landscape with a B2B focus
  • You are a good project manager and have the ability to handle different stakeholders and manage a matrix organization
