About the role

As the Head of ERP at Hultafors Group, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business operations and IT. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the entire process of transforming our current ERP landscape, ensuring its successful planning, execution, and implementation. By working closely with both the business and IT teams, you will collaborate on defining and optimizing business processes and system workflows to ensure seamless operations across our global multi-brand organization. With emphasis on relevant functional/process areas like supply chain/fulfillment, from Lead-to-Cash. Additionally, you will drive the development and implementation of best practices, aiming to maximize the efficient and effective utilization of our ERP system. You will lead the operation of the ERP, and after setup/development, you will have full product ownership.

As a strategic leader, you will provide guidance on ERP-related decisions, aligning them with the company's overall objectives. With your expertise and leadership, our goal is to achieve a smooth migration, enhanced operational efficiency, and impactful outcomes for Hultafors Group.

Personality

In order to succeed and thrive in this role, we believe that you have extensive experience in effectively managing diverse business processes, consistently prioritizing business value. You have the ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential risks and challenges, and develop strategic solutions to mitigate or overcome them. We also think that you have strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver on time. We believe that you are diplomatic in your communication, inspiring and effectively engaging others in alignment with your ideas. Furthermore, we believe that you are structured and thorough and have a positive “can-do” attitude.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • You have 10-15 years of proven experience as an ERP leader or similar role, effectively operating from both IT and business standpoints. • You have experience from global multi-brand organizations. • You have a strong track record of successful ERP system migrations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or M3. • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in multiple modules and functionalities. • Experience in identifying and documenting processes within the organization. • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a passion for developing and empowering team members. • It's preferable if you have experience in Epicor iScala. • Good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
