International Key Account Manager, Hultafors Group

We are now looking for a driven and analytical International Key Account Manager principally assigned to build new relationships while managing International Direct Accounts as well, acting as a trusted business advisor, developing long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities with them. You will be focusing on Snickers Workwear, Solid Gear & Hellberg. Your arena will initially be Europe with focus on Northern Europe, and you will be based at our offices in Mörby, Stockholm.

  • Set strategy and play the leading role in generating new business by means of a structured and lean process. Growing and developing existing clients to a lesser extent

  • Take responsibility for research, analysis, interpreting, decision-making and presenting of data needed

  • Write business plans for current business and opportunity tender business

  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within newly formed Hultafors Group SGS

Key requirements

You have three to ten years of relevant experience in Business Development Sales roles in companies of similar size and complexity. You are familiar with long sales cycles and your experience is from the construction or service and management industry.

As a person we see that you have a strong analytical and process-oriented mind-set. We believe that you are structured, fact based and able to stay focused. Because the role entails ongoing dialogues with many internal and external stakeholders - excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills, and the ability to create synergies internally and externally is crucial.

You must be willing to travel around 50+ days per year. You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a business related, technical or textile discipline. A good general computer knowledge and excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint is expected and you are fluent in English and German and/or French, both spoken and written.

It´s considered an advantage if you have knowledge about and experience of procurement and are fluent in Swedish as well.
