PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, CEO

Anders has a broad background from several leading companies and roles, and a deep understanding of the industry. He has served as CEO of Fristads Kansas Leijona and held senior positions at bothThule Group and Tetra Pak.

Before taking on his current role as President & CEO of Hultafors Group, Anders led the company’s PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) division, overseeing a portfolio of premium brands dedicated to keeping professionals safe and healthy at work.

Petra Öberg Gustafsson

VICE PRESIDENT, FRISTADS

Petra is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Fristads and Lyngsoe.

She joined Fristads in 2023, bringing extensive leadership experience from CEO and senior roles at Teng Tools, SKF, and industrial boards. She works closely with her team and has a customer-centric approach, strategic vision, strong results orientation, and commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Andreas Ytterdal

VICE PRESIDENT, SNICKERS WORKWEAR & SOLID GEAR

Andreas is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Snickers Workwear and Solid Gear, two leading brands within Hultafors Group.

Andreas has held senior management roles within Hultafors Group for over a decade, including Managing Director for Hultafors Group Norway and Regional Manager for the Nordics. He works closely with his teams to drive innovation, sustainability, and customer trust, ensuring the delivery of products that empower professionals.

Patrik Erlandsson

VICE PRESIDENT, HARDWARE

Patrik is responsible for the Hardware division, including premium brands such as Hultafors, W.steps, Telesteps, Hultsbruk, CLC, Kuny’s, Johnson, and Martinez.

He and his team focus on delivering high-quality products across multiple hardware categories.

Patrik has over 15 years of experience within Hultafors Group. Before joining the company, he worked in auditing at Reply Auditing & Accounting and spent three years as a teacher in mathematics and science.

Colin Mackenzie

VICE PRESIDENT TECHNICAL PPE, HELLBERG & SCANGRIP

Colin leads the Technical PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) division, overseeing the premium brands Hellberg Safety and Scangrip. Colin is responsible for driving innovation and growth in high-technology product categories, focusing on synergies in sourcing, manufacturing, and technology.

Colin has over 40 years of experience in the PPE market, including senior roles at Dräger Safety and Hellberg Safety. Since joining Hultafors Group in 2018, he has played a key role in expanding the product portfolio and establishing Hellberg as a globally recognized PPE brand.

Ida Saalman

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, CFO

Ida is responsible for the Company's strategic financial planning, controlling, and accounting. Ida is also responsible for Hultafors Group’s strategy, legal and M&A.

Prior to her appointment as CFO in October 2025, Ida served as Investment Director at Investment AB Latour, the parent company of Hultafors Group. Her previous experience includes roles at JCE Group, SKF, and PwC. She has international expertise in investments, management consulting, and business development.

Cecilia Nesser

CHIEF HR OFFICER HEAD OF GROUP COMMUNICATIONS, SUSTAINABILITY & QUALITY, CHRO

As Chief HR Officer and Head of Group Communications, Sustainability and Quality, Cecilia oversees the company’s HR practices, communications, sustainability initiatives, and quality management.

Before joining Hultafors Group, Cecilia worked at the Medtech company Getinge AB and at Volvo Car Corporation with organizational development, HR and Sustainability.

Iain Ritchie

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, COO

As Chief Operating Officer of Hultafors Group, Iain has overall responsibility for our Group’s Operations, ensuring that the strategic vision of the CEO is translated in actionable plans across the brands.

Before joining Hultafors group in 2021, Iain was Global Director Operations of Fristads Kansas Group, Iain has over 30 years of international experience across four major organizations, specializing in global operations, supply chain optimization, and strategic sourcing within the apparel, footwear and consumer goods industries. Iain spent 15 years living in Asia building and leading large multicultural teams, across numerous countries.

Lina Fjälling

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, CIO

As Group Chief Information Officer, Lina is responsible for leading Hultafors Group’s digital transformation and IT operations. This includes managing the Group’s IT department and infrastructure, overseeing ERP rollouts, and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and support future growth.

Before joining Hultafors Group, Lina was Vice President IT at Husqvarna Construction, part of the Husqvarna Group. In her earlier roles, she has led IT organizations in various global companies, working across all areas of IT delivery. Lina has approximately 15 years of IT management experience, as well as additional business experience from management roles in R&D, marketing, logistics, and operations.
