As Chief Executive Officer of Hultafors Group, Anders has overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the company. Anders is also responsible for the division PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Europe of Hultafors Group, with premium brands that produce equipment that protects users against risks to their health or safety. The PPE Europe portfolio includes Fristads AB, Lyngsoe Rainwear, EMMA Safety Footwear, Hellberg Safety, Snickers Workwear, Solid Gear & EripioWear.

Before joining Hultafors Group, Anders was the CEO of Fristads, Kansas and Leijona and he has been with Fristads since 2015. Anders has a broad background from different companies and roles and an in-depth knowledge of our industry.

Fredrika is responsible for the Company's strategic financial planning, controlling and accounting. Fredrika is also responsible for Hultafors Groups M&A.

Before being appointed Interim CFO in February 2025, Fredrika worked as Investment Director at Investment AB Latour, the investment company that owns Hultafors Group. Prior to that, she worked at PwC in Sweden and Hong Kong, providing financial advisory services related to corporate transactions. Fredrika holds a degree in business and economics from Lund University in Sweden.

As Chief Operating Officer of Hultafors Group, Iain has overall responsibility for our Group’s Operations, ensuring that the strategic vision of the CEO is translated in actionable plans across the brands.

Before joining Hultafors group in 2021, Iain was Global Director Operations of Fristads Kansas Group, Iain has over 30 years of international experience across four major organizations, specializing in global operations, supply chain optimization, and strategic sourcing within the apparel, footwear and consumer goods industries. Iain spent 15 years living in Asia building and leading large multicultural teams, across numerous countries.

As Chief HR Officer and Head of Group Communications, Sustainability and Quality, Cecilia oversees the company’s HR practices, communications, sustainability initiatives, and quality management.

Before joining Hultafors Group, Cecilia worked at the Medtech company Getinge AB, most recently as Vice President of Acute Care Therapies and North America. In her earlier roles, Cecilia led teams responsible for Organizational Development and Sustainability and served as the Global HR Business Partner for Quality. She started her career in the automotive industry, holding different positions in Human Resources at Volvo Car Corporation.

Cecilia studied Human Resources Development and Labour Relations at Lund University in Sweden.

Torbjörn is responsible for the division Hardware Europe of Hultafors Group, with premium brands within multiple selected hardware categories primarily aimed at building and construction sectors. The Hardware Europe portfolio includes Hultafors, W.steps, Scangrip and Telesteps.

Torbjörn is also acting President for the Hardware division in North America, which offer products in tools and tools storage under a number of premium brands targeted primarily at the building and construction sector. The Hardware North America portfolio includes the brands: Johnson Level & Tools, CLC Work Gear, Martinez Tool Company, and Kuny's.

Torbjörn was previously CCO of Hultafors group, taking care of key commercial resources such as marketing, business development, e-commerce and digitalization. He was also managing the Hultafors Group Market Operations, including Sales companies in 14 countries, Export and the Logistics operation.

Torbjörn has a background in the IT and industrial sectors, where he has worked in various management roles in companies like Cisco Systems, B&B TOOLS, Statoil Lubricants and Monier Roofing.

As Group Chief Information Officer, Lina is responsible for leading Hultafors Group’s digital transformation and IT operations. This includes managing the Group’s IT department and infrastructure, overseeing ERP rollouts, and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and support future growth.

Before joining Hultafors Group, Lina was Vice President IT at Husqvarna Construction, part of the Husqvarna Group. In her earlier roles, she has led IT organizations in various global companies, working across all areas of IT delivery. Lina has approximately 15 years of IT management experience, as well as additional business experience from management roles in R&D, marketing, logistics, and operations.

Lina holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.
